If you are booked for an EMS Session you don’t need to bring anything, except your indoor training shoes.
Just be hydrated by drinking water one to two hours before ems fitness training.  Water stations are also available after your training session at iFitzone.
We provide a personal special undergarment designed for use during ems fitness training.
You can rest assured that Easy Motion Skin devices and our EMS Fitness trainers will keep you safe while training.
