See Better Improvements And Stay In Shape For Longer With EMS Training
You will be wearing a special EMS suit during the workouts. It works by enabling the individual to work out in a special suit.
The electrode pads on the suit stimulate the muscle during exercise, increasing blood flow and improving metabolism, resulting in a more efficient muscle workout and improved results. As a result, the workout becomes more intensive, with 20 minutes equaling 2-3 hours in a regular gym.
What are the benefits of EMS training?
A professional iFitzone personal trainer will monitor all of the workout sessions. Thanks to the EMS outfit, you would be able to use up to 90% of the muscles. Since the workout session does not require lifting heavy weights, this style of exercise is easy on the joints, legs, and as well as arms. All of the appropriate equipment will be provided by iFitzone.
What Is Electrical Muscle Stimulation (Ems)?
Through transmitting small electric impulses during your exercises, EMS training will help to even further develop specific muscle groups in your body. While it can seem to be a complex operation, it is really very easy to comprehend.
Patches with electrodes would be attached to your EMS outfit, sending tiny electrical impulses to your muscles. These stimuli cause the muscles to contract in the same way as they do during your regular workout. The EMS suite assists you in achieving significantly better results and more intensive exercises.
How Does It Work?
Our brain sends impulses to the muscles, allowing them to contract, as with conventional strength training. We don’t have good connections with the brain and all of the muscles so we’re just used to stimulating a few muscles on a regular basis.
EMS, as opposed to conventional exercise, allows triggering more of the body’s main muscles. As a result, the brain and muscles are able to form much stronger connections.
EMS Exercise stimulates muscle fibers in a non-traditional order, resulting in a more intense workout since it recruits more muscle fibers in general. Building good muscle and body shape takes more work and burns more calories, even with EMS on!

The Benefits Of Ems Training
- Build Muscles Efficiently
Since the EMS suit electrodes are placed directly over muscles, they make any focused muscle group grow much faster. With brief yet intensive exercise, EMS helps in the growth of muscle fibers.
- Develop A Better Posture
EMS training will also help you improve your posture. Our specific training routines include exercises for the neck, lower back, abs, and shoulders.
- Get A Toned, Firm Body
iFitzone EMS fitness will help you tone your body, lose weight, and stay in shape. EMS workouts, when combined with aerobic exercises, improve the blood circulation of the connective and muscle tissues, resulting in toned and firm skin.
- Relieve Joints
Another advantage of EMS exercise is that it does not put any strain on the knees, while weight lifting does.
EMS Exercise, unlike traditional weight training, should not put a strain on the joints. Rather than involving a lot of joint effort, the EMS device improves your movements as you exercise. Our expert instructors may also use EMS to help you heal from an accident or joint discomfort.
- Have A Better Muscular Balance
If you have a muscular deficit or uneven, improperly formed muscles, EMS can be beneficial to treat individual muscle groups. Through proper electrode placement on the exercise suit and subsequent exercises, the body may be adjusted.
- Save Time
Long training sessions are tough to regularly follow in today’s hectic world. With EMS, you will achieve the same outcome as a 90-minute workout in just 20 minutes by combining resistance and aerobic exercises.
Getting Better And Faster Results With Ems Training
In most workouts, just about 30% of muscle fibers contract during exercise. The remaining 70% stay dormant, hoping to be activated until the others have exhausted themselves. Electrical muscle stimulation (EMS) enables you to electrically stimulate and enhance these dormant muscle fibers.
Clinical studies have shown that EMS is most effective when muscles are very poor and performing routine anti-gravity motions is impossible. As a consequence, EMS is particularly beneficial for both physical and psychological recovery.
According to research, it requires approximately 10,000 repetitions to learn how to relay a message to individual muscles through the fastest path – a “memory channel” for muscle contraction. The more your body discovers this pathway, the more often the muscle contracts. EMS accelerates the learning by having regular contractions.
