Co-Founder and Studio Manager

As a co-founder, and the Studio Manager of IFIT ZONE, Serge’s goal is to provide a welcome and judgmental free environment for everyone who walks in through the door.
Serge is a certified EMS trainer and has 15 years of experience in the fitness industry. He believes everyone deserves the right to good health and to be happy with themselves inside and out. Serge is passionate to help people change their lives in the simplest and most realistic way possible. Getting fit and healthy doesn’t have to be difficult and he is here to help you out. He understands that every client is unique and so are their needs, which is why each session is planned around the needs of the client. Together we work on pushing through difficult barriers and achieving great results.
